Dalow is the only company in Southern Africa that has undergone specialized factory training in the Electrolux factory in Sweden, France and Thailand as well as training in the Lavatec factory in Germany. This training has further been complimented with in house training specific to the models we supply to further the knowledge we have to offer you. All our technical services are handled in house and no subcontracting is ever permitted. As a gold member of the Electrolux group, our unique service and preventative maintenance programs are available to all our clients in our region including a traveling technician to various countries and islands every 3-4 months.
